Shipping & Returns
We roast small batches weekly to ensure you get fresh coffee in the least amount of time. We have a $5 flat rate shipping to anywhere in the USA. Orders of $50+ ship free.
- Orders placed on Mondays are shipped on Wednesdays.
- Orders placed on Tuesdays are shipped on Thursdays.
- Orders placed on Wednesdays are shipped on Fridays.
- Orders placed on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are shipped the following Monday.
*Holidays can impact transit times with our shipping providers.
We ship most packages with FedEx. Smaller orders may be shipped with USPS. Please check your email for tracking information.
If you are trying to target a specific delivery date, we're happy to help you. Just contact us at least two weeks in advance at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Since coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. If an error was made, you're not happy with the coffee, or you received a damaged product, please email us so we can make it right.
If you received damaged merchandise and wish to return it, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at email@example.com, and our team will be happy to assist you with the situation. Just inform us of the situation and attach photos of the damaged items to the email. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund on the shipping cost or provide return shipping.
