Shipping & Returns
We roast small batches every week to assure you get fresh coffee, in the least amount of time. We have a $5 flat rate shipping to anywhere in the USA. Orders of $50+ ship free.
- Orders in by Monday at 6 pm (EST) are shipped on Wednesday.
- Orders in by Tuesday at 6 pm (EST) are shipped on Thursday.
- Orders in by Wednesday at 6 pm (EST) are shipped on Friday.
- Orders in by Thursday at 6 pm (EST) are shipped on Saturday.
- Orders in by Friday 6:00 pm (EST) are shipped on Monday.
- Orders in by Saturday 6:00 pm (EST) are shipped on Monday.
- Orders in by Sunday 6:00 pm (EST) are shipped on Tuesday.
*Holidays can impact transit times with our shipping providers.
We ship most packages with UPS. Smaller orders may be shipped with USPS. Please check your email for tracking information.
If you are trying to target a specific delivery date we're happy to help you out, just contact us at least two weeks in advance at email@example.com.
Since coffee is a perishable product we do not accept returns or issue refunds. If an error was made, you're not happy with the coffee, or you received a damaged product, please email us so we can make it right.
If you received damaged merchandise and wish to return it, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will be happy to assist you with the situation. Just let us know of the situation and attach photos of the damaged items to the email. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund on the shipping cost or provide return shipping.
